Last week, our generous friends from Wert Philippines sent me Nutri10 Plus Food Supplements that are more than enough for Nate to use! (Thanks Wert!)
Nutri10 Plus is a food supplement that helps kids be “aktibo’t malakas”. It’s a food supplement for kids from 1-12 years old!
Taurine which is an amino acid that supports neurological development and helps regulate the level of water and minerals in the blood. Taurine is also thought to have antioxidant properties. Taurine is found naturally in meat, fish and breast milk, and it’s commonly available as a dietary supplement. (Source: WebMD)
CGF or Chlorella Growth Factor which is a nucleotide-peptide complex derived from a hot water extract of chlorella. It is made mostly of nucleic acid derivatives. Researchers have discovered that CGF is produced during the intense photosynthesis that enables chlorella to grow so fast. (source: Natural Ways)
Got Nate’s new Nutri10 supplies today in the mail. It’s a a food supplement rich in Taurine, CGF, Zinc and Lysine for 1-12 year olds! I thought it’s a 3 month supply, it looks like a 7-8 months supply for me! Lol. Thanks @mommybloggersphilippines and #wertphilippines for these. #iblog #mommybloggersph #mommybloggersphilippines #bloggerperks
Zinc that is needed for the body’s defensive (immune) system to properly work. It plays a role in cell division, cell growth, wound healing, and the breakdown of carbohydrates. Zinc is also needed for the senses of smell and taste. (Source: Medline Plus)
Lysine that’s an amino acid (building block of protein). People use it to make medicine. Lysine is used for preventing and treating cold sores caused by the virus called herpes simplex labialis. (Source: WebMD)
Now that we have more than enough to use, I decided to give some to other moms that I know and as my way of giving thanks to Wert, we will monitor their progress and provide updates for their first 10 weeks of trying the product out.
Nutri10 is perfect for them because currently they’re not taking any other vitamins. So I can surely see the difference after a few weeks. I hope that they will not get allergic to it.
These are RV and Jezrel. They’re brothers and sisters. RV is is our godson and Jezrel is just one of the cuties in the church. I know I should’ve asked for their height and weight but I haven’t yet so I will update this post later on when I have that information. 🙂
This is Joash. He’s one year and 3 months old I believe. Nate is just about 3 months older than him. I’m still trying to gather stats too so I can see the difference with the syrup.
And this is MJ. He was taking a different brand of vitamins before but has recently stopped taking it. Now Nutri10 is the only Vitamins he’s going to use as well. He’s handsome, isn’t he? 🙂
MJ is currently at 114 cm height and 21 kls weight.
Somebody looks happy with what he got! 🙂 Nate at this time is taking 3 vitamins together so I have to be honest that I can’t have him take Nutri10 for now. We’ll wait ’til he consumes all the vitamins first and try on this again (which 2 of them by the way are 350 ml, lol!). He’s used this before and it worked on him but he didn’t like the flavor that much and would almost throw up every time I give it to him. So for this project I’d like to focus on the 4 kids instead.
I have a strong feeling that the syrup will work great on them, I’ll keep everyone posted after 2 weeks. 🙂
